The CF200 in-line high-speed cut and/or crease score folders are the industry standard in the greeting card industry. LONGFORD's patented feed section is the key to providing outstanding speed and accuracy. The CF100 high-speed card folder feeds, cut-scores and folds greeting cards in-line this method eliminates pre-scoring. The cards then automatically exit the folder and reduce speed for easy operator handling. These single-fold machines handle card sizes from 4" x 4" up to 14" x 10" at speeds in excess of 90,000 cards per hour. Shingling exit conveyor reduces speed for operator handling, and optional counter/kicker is available. |
