As shown in the picture, LONGFORD Feeders can be integrated into any Flowrapping System. The feeders may be side or straddle mounted on the infeed conveyor. Optional encoders provide exact timing as the line speed fluctuates.

Speeds may be in excess of 500 ppm depending on size of insert. There are no cams, shafts, vaccums, pumps or mechanical interfaces to the parent conveyor/wrapper. Shown at right is a model C350 Straddle mounted on a horizontal flowrapper.
