This PC-Controlled Collation System can be used with or without a database file to create custom packages for mailing.

When using a database file for selective Collation, a full-page letter could be produced for each package via the optional cut sheet printer. Each letter is folded (to fit inside an envelope) as it passes down the line. The appropriate items from the selective inserters (up to 88) are fed on top of it and the resulting package inserted into one of up to four selective envelopes.
