Utilization of LONGFORD's technical advantages such as our Policing Control System, Surge Feeding and Speed Following Options, allow for the in-line mounting of multiple dispensers to form a high speed packaging line which can involve selective collation or straight forward feeding as the project demands. The speed of the line can be in excess of 150 pieces per minute, with sports cards as an example being packaged at over 400 packages per minute. The flexibility of the LONGFORD dispenser means many paper based items can be fed, collated correctly, jogged and overwrapped at these speeds.
