This Windows Based Collation System can be used with or without a database file to create custom packages for mailing. When using a database file for the Collation, a full-page letter can be produced for each package via the optional continuous forms printer. Each letter is folded (to fit inside an envelope), then separated by the end trimmer into individual sheets as it passes down the line. From there inserts are added selectively and then the entire collation is mailed in the ML100 Mail Loader.
