Mandate: Provide a custom system that collates and wraps various training material such as text books, manuals, CD’s, DVD’s etc., and shipping them to locations around the world. The system will track the packages through the process and provide a closed loop audit trail.
Design, build and install a complete turnkey 27 station book collation and fulfillment system. The system selectively feeds the training material based on a database loaded onto the Longford industrial line controller. The collated sets travel through the TexWrap shrinkwrapper with any incomplete sets rejected prior to wrapping. The Longford industrial line controller produces detailed reports at the end of each run for secure download to the customers server.
