Client: Direct Mail Fulfillment House (With multiple locations and a single call centre)

Mandate: Design/build a custom batch collator and fulfillment system to accommodate different denominations of stamps or currency.
 

Provide batch counters for the different denominations and a single feeder for slip sheets to feed, batch count and package the stamps or currency to prepare them for the shrinkwrapping process. The package must be perfectly square upon entrance and exit of the shrinkwrapper.
